Susan Dutcher, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist, EMDR consultant, and former EMDR trainer with over 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, bringing a depth of expertise in working with individuals who have experienced acute stress and chronic, developmental trauma.

Dr. Dutcher is known for her practical, grounded approach to EMDR and trauma-informed care. She has a particular passion for providing evidence-based treatment to first responders, supporting those who routinely face high-stress and critical incidents.
